The Business Administration A.A.S. degree at Jamestown Community College prepares you to enter the workforce immediately after graduation in entry-level business positions. You can work with your advisor to complete the degree and Entrepreneurship certificate at the same time.
While at JCC, you’ll take courses in accounting, business, management, law, and computer applications. You’ll develop a broad business foundation and the knowledge, skills, and values to succeed in business organizations, such as decision-making and teamwork skills.

- Compile, report, and interpret accounting information.

- Explain, describe, and evaluate basics of the American legal system in general and business law in particular.
- Perform calculations to analyze the importance of and impact of the time value of money.
- Demonstrate an understanding of human behavior in organizations as it relates to topics such as productivity, tardiness, absenteeism, organizational citizenship behavior, turnover, and attitudes such as job satisfaction and job involvement.
